Ladies and gentlemen, gather around to meet the man of the hour, Dr. Karl Fokou. Born and raised in Douala Cameroun, he’s a master of getting on the nerves of the bride and an undisputed champion of not funny jokes. His humor, let’s say, is an acquired taste.
We often wonder how lady Aïdora fell for his quirky charm. Perhaps it was his uncanny creativity or the two voices in his head.

Prepare to be dazzled by the star of the show, Lady Aïdora Kebo. Hailing from Harelbeke Belgium, she’s not just a beauty; a knack for fashion, she’s a woman of many talents—some of which may or may not include mastering the art of online shopping.
How did she end up with Dr. K., you ask? Probably his ability to whip up a five-star meal from a microwave that won her heart.

Golden Rules
We are delighted to welcome you and sincerely thank you for confirming your presence at our event. Below you will find your electronic invitation for a memorable weekend.
We recently updated our FAQs to provide more detailed answers regarding how the event will run. Here is a brief summary:
We would like to remind you that access to the castle will only be possible with your electronic ticket. Even if you are a family member or if you know all the guests on site, the security guards’ instructions will be strict. We therefore ask you to always have your invitation with you even if its printed.
In the event of an unforeseen event preventing you from participating, we would be grateful if you would inform us.
The dress code will be Chick & Glamour, at all time. Don’t set any limit to your creativity. Impress us with your style and just avoid wearing a white dress.
We regret that we cannot offer a bilingual experience throughout the weekend. However, we will concentrate our efforts on Saturday, particularly during the cocktail and the evening. On the program above, you can see it more clearly
Unfortunately, digital invitations are non-transferable. Only the person named on the invitation can gain access to the event. Everyone will be checked at the entrance.
If you got invited it means we will love to have you by our side. But the friday will be more traditional and intimate, so it up to you to decide if you absolutely want to make it. But no worries the Saturday is designed for all the guests. We are looking forward to seeing you.
- Concerning the childcare service, only children under 7 years old will be admitted, at the rate of 30 euros per child. Reservations will be possible until June 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. After this date, the price will be 100 euros per child.
- We will not provided a kid menu but they will have access to the normal menu. Which means if your kid has specific needs, please provide the babysitter with the necessary instructions and tools for her to take care of you kid.
- Children will have a dedicated room for themselves and also sleeping area.
- For Paying please write your Name and Seat number as subject of the transfert.

- As for the AirBnb + Transportation package that we offered you, it costs 200 euros per person or 300 euros per couple or pairs. Reservations will be possible until June 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. After this date, the price will be 300 euros per person or 450 euros per couple or pairs.
- The first reserved will be the first served. We have booked Airbnbs for the event and you are free to let us know your preferences when booking. However, we cannot guarantee that you will have the room or Airbnb of your choice. You have until July 14 to cancel your reservation, in which case we will refund you in full.
- About the Transportation, it is included in the price above.
- For the itinerary: On the Friday, we will just ensure the transportation from these 2 main stations to your Airbnbs (Lille Train Station, Kotrijk Train Station ). On the Saturday we will take care of your transportation from your Airbnb to the church and from the church to your Airbnb, from your Airbnb to the castle and at the end of the party, from the castle back to your Airbnb. On the sunday our shuttle busses will bring you back to the train stations (Lille and Kotrijk)
- About the timespan, on the friday, try to arrive between 3-8pm, after those hours, the service will no longer be available. On the Saturday they will start at 9am untill 11am for those going to the church, and after the evening they will bring people home from 2am until 5am. On the sunday, they will start bringing people to be main train station at 8am untill 10am.
- Note that you should arrange you schedule so to be able to fit in the transportation plan. If you are not ready when the shuttle bus is there, you will have to take care of your own transportation if it goes.
- The shuttle busses will usually wait 10min
Of course, but in this case it will cost 0.5 Euro /km/Person. We thought about the people that will be too drunk to drive or the one that will miss their connections. The 22 August 2024 we will publish the link of the WhatsApp group where you can book the shuttle buses.
- For Paying, please write your Name, the one of your partner as written on the invitation and seat number as subject of the transfer.

Our Love Story
Karl: I jokingly asked her number to an old friend of mine that posted one of her picture on her status. The conversation started with a fight, but the first time we met I knew I found my soulmate. Thank you, Raphael. Aidora: When I met him, I was curious about the man that has been charming me with all this beautiful messages for weeks. After spending some time with him, I realised that he was my charming prince and from that moment I didn’t want to be apart from him again.
